Biohacker-Shop offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop https://biohacker-shop.com/ operated by PEAKVISE GmbH, located at Ruessenstrasse 12, CH-6340 Baar (CHE-239.321.019). By using our shop and placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The offer on https://biohacker-shop.com is non-binding. A contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation by email. PEAKVISE GmbH reserves the right to reject orders without providing reasons.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory value-added tax (VAT). VAT is shown separately on the invoice. Payment can be made via the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made exclusively within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 3–5 working days. For orders up to a value of CHF 150, the shipping cost is CHF 10. For orders of CHF 150 or more, shipping is free of charge.

5. Return Policy / Withdrawal

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods. Opened or used food supplements are excluded from the right of return.

The return is at the customer’s expense and risk. Returns are only accepted if the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of PEAKVISE GmbH until full payment has been received.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions of Switzerland apply. PEAKVISE GmbH is liable for defects within the statutory warranty period from the date of delivery.

8. Liability

PEAKVISE GmbH accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages, in particular for any health-related or individual effects of the products sold. The use of the products is at your own risk.
